This is a Premier League football predictor game. The goal is to gain the most points each week, by predicting results of Premier League matches.
The competitor with the most points at the end of the season wins the PLPredictor crown.
There are 38 rounds across the season, usually containing about 10 games.
You can also create private leagues to compete with your friends.
The PLPredictor scoring system works as follows:
(e.g. You predicted 2-1 and the match finished 3-0)
(e.g. You predicted 2-1 and the match finished 2-1)
Once per week before kickoff, select the prediction you're most confident with to double any points returned from that match.
Everyone is entered into the PLPredictor Global League upon signing up.
You can also create your own private leagues and invite your friends to compete with.
Live during each match, the predictions of your friends will be visible (but only for matches that have started), causing many entertaining moments!
Once logged in, visit the /leagues/ page and click "MANAGE LEAGUES" to create or join a league.
To join a league you must have an invite code.
This can be found at the bottom of the league table by a member of the league.
All leagues are entered into a league of leagues competition, scoring points based on the average of the active members of the league each week.
At any point until the match kicks off.
Once the match is under way, you cannot change your prediction. This site attempts to be accurate at all times, however sometimes kickoff times change or are incorrect. If someone tries to take advantage of this by entering or changing their prediction after the match has started, their prediction will be voided for that match.
No, we had a vote on this and it was decided the most fair thing to do was to void the prediction.
By going to your Account page and choosing the league you want to display from the dropdown.
If it has not started, you should be able to move the joker to another match. If there are no unstarted matches to move it to, it will be automatically moved to the last eligible fixture in the gameweek when the points are calculated.
The highest scoring player of each week is entered into our history books.

Only league admins can renew a league. On the /leagues/ page, select "MANAGE LEAGUES" and then "RENEW LAST SEASONS". Choose the league you would like to renew from the drop-down list.
Once renewed, anyone who was part of that league last season will automatically be added when they next log in.
No - the creator of the league has their own choice whether to include points from the double points token. However, the token will still count in the Global League.
Unfortunately, the BBC has decided to discontinue their competition, but don't worry - we use the same rules, but with many improvements!
