How to use it
- Put the title race in order first. The top four or five are the rows anybody arguing with you will look at, and settling them makes the rest quicker.
- Then do the bottom three. A promoted side that stays up ruins more predicted tables than the title race does.
- Fill in the middle last. Nobody is confident about eleventh.

What the colours mean
The colours down the side of the table:

| 5th – 7th | European places. Whether fifth is a Champions League place depends on UEFA's coefficient, and the Conference League place depends on who wins the cups, so none of it is settled in August. |

The harder version
Once you have sent your table there is not much left to do with it until May. The rest of this site is the version that runs all season. You predict the exact scoreline of every Premier League match, gameweek by gameweek, in a private league with the same people you just sent your table to. Forty points for the exact score, ten for the right result, and everyone's picks stay hidden until kick-off.
Once a match is under way, your league's predictions are all visible at once, colouring themselves in as the goals go in. You watch somebody's 3-0 come apart while the match is still on, and they watch yours. That is the part that keeps leagues here going in March.

What order does the table start in?
Last season's final table, with the three promoted clubs at the bottom. Move whatever you disagree with, which is usually most of it.
Can I share my predicted table?
Yes. The share button turns your table into an image you can post or send straight into a group chat, and there is a plain-text version for anywhere an image is awkward. Both include the link, so whoever sees it can make their own.
Can I change my table later?
As often as you like. Your order is saved in the browser you made it in, so you can come back and rework it after the first few gameweeks have made you look silly.

Is my predicted table scored against the real table?
Not here. This page is a one-off you fill in and share. The scored version is the game on the rest of the site: you predict every Premier League match, week by week, and pick up points as the results come in.
What is the difference between this and the prediction game?
